Construction Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader for our Construction team at Tetris.

Your main role will be to collaborate with the Construction team on the department's projects/works, reporting to the designated PM, and providing technical support to the team.

You will be part of the Construction team, participating in comprehensive project management, from the study phase through to execution, reporting to the Project Director, ensuring the highest quality standards are delivered and contributing to the achievement of the Company's objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Technical support to the commercial team in client relations.
• Technical site visits to properties for data collection.
• You will collaborate with the Design and Studies teams in developing architectural and facilities projects, mainly in the field of office and retail interior fit-out.
• You will manage the quality of procedures, as well as the quality of materials and finishes on site.
• You will manage the resources needed to achieve the objectives committed to in the project. Subcontractor management, cost control, scheduling, and financial close-out with clients and suppliers.
• You will collaborate in requesting, managing, and analyzing bids from different suppliers, as well as in analyzing comparative quotes.
• You will prepare the necessary documentation throughout the project lifecycle: measurements, schedules, financial control, meeting minutes, as-built documentation, etc.

Do you hold a university degree in Architecture / Technical Architecture or Engineering / Technical Engineering?
Do you have knowledge and experience in the construction sector?
Do you have around 5 years of experience in similar roles in the hospitality sector?
Are you proficient in Microsoft Office, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD, and Revit?
Do you have an advanced level of English?
Are you a person with autonomy, proactivity, teamwork skills, organization, commitment, and an interest in driving the corporate project forward?

Estamos buscando un/a Jefe/a para nuestro equipo de Construcción de Tetris.

Su principal función será colaborar con el equipo de Construcción en los proyectos/obras del departamento, reportando al PM designado, y aportando soporte técnico al equipo.

Formarás parte del equipo de Construcción, participando en gestión integral del proyecto, tanto en fase de estudio como de ejecución, reportando al Director de Proyecto, asegurando que se ofrecen los más altos estándares de calidad y colaborando en la consecución de los objetivos de la Compañía, de forma que desarrollarás las siguientes funciones:

• Asistencia técnica al equipo comercial en la relación con clientes.
• Visitas técnicas a inmuebles para toma de datos.
• Colaborarás con los equipos de Diseño y Estudios en la elaboración de los proyectos de arquitectura e instalaciones, principalmente en el ámbito de fit out interior de oficinas y retail.
• Gestionarás la calidad de los procedimientos, así como la calidad de los materiales y los acabados en obra.
• Gestionarás los recursos necesarios para alcanzar los objetivos comprometidos en el proyecto. Gestión de subcontratación, control de costes, planificación, cierres económicos con cliente y proveedor
• Colaborarás en la petición, gestión y análisis de las ofertas requeridas a los diferentes proveedores, así como en el análisis de los comparativos.
• Elaborarás documentación necesaria en la vida del proyecto: mediciones, planificaciones, control económico, actas, doc as built, et

¿Tienes conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la construcción?
¿Tienes alrededor de 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares en el sector hotelero?
¿Manejas herramientas de paquete office, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD y Revit?
¿Tienes un nivel alto de inglés?
¿Eres una persona con autonomía, proactividad, capacidad de trabajo en equipo, organizada, comprometida y con interés en ayudar a impulsar el proyecto corporativo?
