We're looking for a Head of Design to take full ownership of our company's visual identity - uniting brand-level art direction with product design (UX/UI) into a single, coherent design language. You'll lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (Product, Graphic, Web, and Motion), and drive the adoption of AI tools that scale creative output without compromising quality. In this role, you'll operate as both a hands-on art director and a strategic partner to the business - ready to define and elevate our design culture on a global scale.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the overarching art direction, brand identity, and visual strategy for the company
  • Lead the design team's AI transformation - researching, testing, and standardizing new tools to boost creative velocity
  • Act as the final quality gate for major product releases, brand campaigns, and web updates, ensuring visual consistency
  • Manage, hire, and mentor a diverse team of designers, conducting regular 1-on-1s, creative reviews, and skill development planning
  • Implement company-wide DesignOps frameworks (asset libraries, review processes) to maximize the team's speed and efficiency
