🎯 What does the program consist of? 

The training program consists of training modules focused on people management, leadership development, management tools and store operations, and on developing assertive communication and feedback in the JYSK way. During the training you will be able to learn the theoretical knowledge and put it into practice immediately by doing practical exercises with your peers.  

  • Five one-week modules over 9 months  
  • On-the-job training in between modules with an assigned mentor in order to continue developing and preparing you for the big professional challenge  
  • During the development program you will be hired as a Store Manager Trainee and you will be able to carry out this role in the store, combining your development and learning with a position of responsibility in the store   
  • A final exam with a practical case study  
  • Trip to the head office for training sessions
