Kleinson is a training consultancy specializing in language classes and other services related to professional development in companies.

We are currently looking for an Academic Coordination Assistant. This is a full-time, on-site position in Madrid

Job responsibilities: 

The position includes the following duties:

  • Class organization: Scheduling classes; Assigning existing teachers to new classes; organizing training plans; coordinating level assessments; coordinating academic evaluations

  • Recruitment: Posting job offers and interviewing teachers; overseeing initial teacher training

  • Academic support: Handling inquiries from teachers and students via email/WhatsApp; relaying student feedback to teachers; advising teachers on course plans and materials

What we offer?

  • Full-time contract.

  • Standard working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

  • Option to end the day at 5:30 PM by taking a 30-minute lunch break.

  • Intensive working day (continuous shift) for two months during the summer.

  • One day of remote work per week.

  • Annual gross salary of €17,094, paid in 12 monthly installments, with a salary review after 6 months.

  • Location in central Madrid, Sol area.

Requirements

  • A high level (C1) of both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is essential. The interview will be conducted in both languages. 

  • Experience in coordinating teams/projects/human resources is a plus

  • Experience with administrative tasks is a plus

  • If you are under 30, you must be registered in the Youth Guarantee program. 

  • We are looking for someone proactive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate tasks among multiple stakeholders.

  • Beyond knowledge of English and Spanish, we are looking for someone with good communication skills, as you will need to communicate effectively with both teachers and clients.
