Vocational Training IT Teacher (DAM/DAW)

We are looking for an IT Teacher for our center in Arturo Soria (Madrid). Someone who not only masters the technical side but also enjoys guiding their students toward their first professional success. Here, your knowledge has a real impact on the lives of young people eager to learn.

Your role will be the engine of the classroom, ensuring that learning is practical and inspiring:

• Lead and teach the modules of the program (DAM/DAW) so that your students acquire the skills the job market demands today.

• Design innovative teaching materials so that every class is a stimulating challenge. You have the autonomy to apply the methodologies that work best.

• Monitor and evaluate student progress to ensure that every student reaches their full potential.

• Collaborate with a cohesive teaching team on the continuous improvement of the center, in an environment where your ideas are always heard.

More than requirements, these are the tools that will help you feel comfortable in the role:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. This is the technical foundation for leading the classroom with confidence.

• Master's degree in Teacher Training (or CAP). Essential so that your teaching method shines as much as your technical knowledge.

• Experience in teaching or in the IT sector. So you can tell your students what the real world is like out there.

• Passion for technology and teaching. If you enjoy learning something new every day and sharing it, you will fit in perfectly.

• Liderar e impartir los módulos del ciclo (DAM/DAW) para que tus alumnos adquieran las competencias que el mercado laboral demanda hoy.

• Diseñar material didáctico innovador para que cada clase sea un reto estimulante. Tienes autonomía para aplicar las metodologías que mejor funcionen.

• Realizar el seguimiento y evaluación del progreso para asegurar que cada estudiante alcance su máximo potencial.

• Colaborar con un equipo docente cohesionado en la mejora continua del centro, en un ambiente donde tus ideas siempre se escuchan.

Más que exigencias, estas son las herramientas que te ayudarán a sentirte a gusto en el rol:

• Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. Es la base técnica para liderar el aula con confianza.

• Máster en Formación del Profesorado (o CAP). Fundamental para que tu pedagogía brille tanto como tu conocimiento técnico.

• Experiencia en formación o en el sector IT. Para que puedas contarles a tus alumnos cómo es el mundo real ahí fuera.

• Pasión por la tecnología y la docencia. Si te gusta aprender algo nuevo cada día y compartirlo, encajarás a la perfección.
