This challenge is for you if...

• You have a fluent level of English (minimum B2/C1) that allows you to collaborate effectively in international contexts or with group teams.

• You have a great ability to translate strategic insights and business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.

• You know how to define acceptance criteria (DoD) and are used to participating in the execution of quality tests (UAT).

• You have experience working closely with leadership roles to understand their challenges, acting as their analytical arm.

What you will do...

• You will act as the functional expert of the domain requirements, ensuring a complete and high-quality functional specification.

• You will define the acceptance criteria to ensure that the deliverables effectively address the business need and provide the expected value after being executed by the Project Manager.

• You will document use cases, business flows, and rules in detail.

• You will actively participate in the construction of the functional design and in the architecture of the solution, specifying the software elements that will guide the engineering teams.

• You will work with the Product Manager to define the main digital and business KPIs, supporting strategic monitoring.

• You will keep up-to-date knowledge about the IT sector and its trends, conducting technological surveillance to propose innovative solutions that fit the domain's roadmap.

• Tienes un nivel de inglés fluido (mínimo B2/C1) que te permita colaborar eficazmente en contextos internacionales o con equipos del grupo.

• Cuentas con gran capacidad para traducir insights estratégicos y necesidades de negocio en especificaciones funcionales y técnicas detalladas.

• Sabes cómo definir los criterios de aceptación (DoD) y estás acostumbrado/a a participar en la ejecución de pruebas de calidad (UAT).

• Tienes experiencia trabajando estrechamente con roles de liderazgo para comprender sus desafíos, actuando como su brazo analítico.

Qué harás...

• Actuarás como el experto funcional de los requisitos del dominio, asegurando una especificación funcional completa y de alta calidad.

• Definirás los criterios de aceptación para garantizar que los entregables resuelvan eficazmente la necesidad del negocio y aporten el valor esperado tras ser ejecutados por el Jefe de Proyecto.

• Documentarás detalladamente los casos de uso, los flujos de negocio y las reglas.

• Participarás de forma activa en la construcción del diseño funcional y en la arquitectura de la solución, especificando los elementos de software que guiarán a los equipos de ingeniería.

• Trabajarás junto al Product Manager para definir los principales KPIs digitales y de negocio, apoyando el seguimiento estratégico.

• Mantendrás un conocimiento actualizado sobre el sector IT y sus tendencias, realizando vigilancia tecnológica para proponer soluciones innovadoras que encajen con el roadmap del dominio.
