In this position, you will play a key role within the production area, ensuring compliance with quality standards, monitoring the critical path, and identifying potential risks to drive continuous improvements. You will work in an international environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, making a real impact on the quality of our garments.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and monitor the Critical Path, ensuring compliance with key production milestones for both nearshore and offshore operations.

• Analyze quality reports from the QA team to identify trends, incidents, and opportunities for improvement.

• Detect and evaluate production risks through KPIs, sharing key information and alerts with the relevant teams.

• Work closely with the Purchasing team to prioritize inspections based on business needs.

• Maintain daily communication with inspectors at origin to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.

• Coordinate with factories, suppliers, and partners to implement corrective actions and improvement plans.

• Collaborate with Quality and Purchasing teams in reviewing inspected garments to ensure compliance with our standards.

• Travel to origin factories in Asia to monitor production, ensure quality standards, and strengthen relationships with suppliers.
