YOUR NEW ROLE

The mission of this role focuses on improving and optimizing human resources processes by identifying opportunities for automation, analyzing current processes to detect inefficiencies, implementing technological solutions, and collaborating with other areas on project management.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ANALYTICS (QUALITY DATA CONTROL)

  • Collect and analyze labor data at an international level.
  • Produce clear documentation, including process maps and training materials, bridging technology and HR processes.
  • Establish controls to ensure that information migration between platforms is carried out correctly and on time.
  • Configure reporting and dashboards to support business and people decision-making.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:

  • Work with teams to identify opportunities for improvement and automation in Human Resources, initially focusing on the operational side of the Labour & Payroll department.
  • Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and provide technology-driven, digital, and artificial intelligence-powered solutions.
  • Design strategies to improve systems and reengineer processes.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine process changes based on feedback.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PROCESS:

  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure that internal and cross-functional projects adhere to scope, requirements, and timelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, providing daily updates on project status and changes.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment of area processes by detecting and managing issue resolution at a global level.

TECH SUPPORT DESIGN AND EXECUTION

  • Stay up-to-date on trends in HR, digitalization, artificial intelligence, and automation to optimize HR tasks.
  • Serve as the primary expert in the maintenance, configuration, and evolution of the Workday platform.
  • Provide training and support to the Labour & Payroll area.
  • Collaborate with teams to test and implement system changes, ensuring optimal efficiency.
