✅ Structured schedule from Monday to Friday
Mornings from 8:30 to 14:00 and afternoons on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 16:00 to 20:00.

In your day-to-day:

• You will manage schedules, in-person and telephone attention in Spanish, Catalan, and English, generating trust from the first contact.

• You will detect commercial opportunities, provide information about treatments, vouchers, or complementary services, and support the patient in their decision.

• You will coordinate changes, emergencies, and follow-ups with the medical team, as well as manage invoicing, payments, and cash control.
