You will work in a semi-covered warehouse, carrying out dynamic tasks that are essential to the process of reusing, sorting and recycling materials. It is a mainly individual position, where attitude, commitment and a willingness to work are the most valued aspects.

🛠️ JOB PURPOSE:

To contribute to the proper operation of the reverse logistics area in a semi-covered warehouse by sorting, recovering and recycling materials, ensuring they are managed efficiently and sustainably.

Your work will be essential to giving reusable materials a second life and promoting proper waste management within the logistics chain.

In your day-to-day

• You will sort pallets according to their condition and type.
• You will sort fruit and vegetable crates for reuse or recycling.
• You will carry out recycling and material separation tasks.
• You will keep the work area tidy and clean.
• You will collaborate on various operational tasks specific to the reverse logistics warehouse.

• Possibility of continued employment: The initial contract runs until 30/09, with options to continue and to be hired directly by the company after 3 months.

• Internal development opportunities: Vacancies may also arise in other positions within the company. Although openings on the fixed morning shift are less common, opportunities on afternoon, night or weekend shifts often come up.

• Fixed night shift from Monday to Friday, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

• Competitive salary: €11.88/hour.

• Initial training and support: No previous experience is required; you will learn the tasks with the support of the team.

Trabajarás en un almacén semi cubierto, realizando tareas dinámicas y esenciales para el proceso de reutilización, clasificación y reciclaje de materiales. Es una posición principalmente individual, donde la actitud, el compromiso y las ganas de trabajar son los aspectos más valorados.

🛠️ MISIÓN DEL PUESTO:

Contribuir al correcto funcionamiento del área de logística inversa en un almacén semi cubierto mediante la clasificación, recuperación y reciclaje de materiales, garantizando que estos sean gestionados de forma eficiente y sostenible.

Tu trabajo será fundamental para dar una segunda vida a materiales reutilizables y favorecer una correcta gestión de residuos dentro de la cadena logística.

En tu día a día

• Clasificarás palets según su estado y tipología.
• Realizarás la clasificación de cajas de fruta y verdura para su reutilización o reciclaje.
• Llevarás a cabo tareas de reciclaje y separación de materiales.
• Mantendrás el orden y la limpieza de la zona de trabajo.
• Colaborarás en diferentes tareas operativas propias del almacén de logística inversa.

• Posibilidad de continuidad laboral: El contrato inicial es hasta el 30/09, con opciones de continuar y de incorporarse por empresa después de 3 meses.

• Oportunidades de desarrollo interno: También pueden surgir vacantes en otras posiciones dentro de la compañía. Aunque las vacantes en turno fijo de mañana son menos habituales, suelen aparecer oportunidades en turnos de tarde, noche o fines de semana.

• Turno fijo de noche de lunes a viernes de 22h a 6h.

• Salario competitivo: 11,88 €/hora.

• Formación inicial y acompañamiento: No es necesario contar con experiencia previa; aprenderás las tareas con el apoyo del equipo.
