MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (M/F/X)

From Manpower we are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join a company in the industrial sector located in the Agramunt area.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on machinery and industrial facilities.
• Detecting, diagnosing, and resolving faults in electromechanical equipment.
• Collaborating in the repair and replacement of worn components and parts.
• Inspecting equipment to identify operational, safety, or performance issues.
• Proposing corrective actions and improvements to prevent recurring breakdowns.
• Participating in the optimization of maintenance procedures.
• Planning and organizing maintenance interventions, ensuring the availability of necessary resources.
• Ensuring compliance with industrial safety regulations and occupational risk prevention.
• Overseeing the proper use of tools and protective equipment.

• Higher-level vocational training (CFGS), valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• Training in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar is valued.
• Knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, and interpretation of technical drawings.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations.

TÉCNICO/A MANTENIMIENTO (M/H/X)

Des de Manpower estem buscant un/a Tècnic/a de Manteniment Industrial per incorporar-se a una empresa del sector industrial ubicada a la zona d'Agramunt.

Si t'apassiona l'entorn industrial, tens experiència en manteniment de maquinària i vols formar part d'un projecte estable amb possibilitats de desenvolupament professional, aquesta oportunitat és per a tu. 

Les teves responsabilitats seran:

• Realitzar tasques de manteniment preventiu i correctiu de la maquinària i instal·lacions industrials.
• Detectar, diagnosticar i solucionar averies en equips electromecànics.
• Col·laborar en la reparació i substitució de components i peces deteriorades.
• Inspeccionar els equips per identificar incidències operatives, de seguretat o de rendiment.
• Proposar accions correctives i millores per evitar avaries recurrents.
• Participar en l'optimització dels procediments de manteniment.
• Planificar i organitzar les intervencions de manteniment assegurant la disponibilitat dels recursos necessaris.
• Garantir el compliment de les normatives de seguretat industrial i de prevenció de riscos laborals.
• Vetllar pel correcte ús de les eines i equips de protecció.

• Cicle Formatiu de Grau Superior, valorable.
• Experiència mínima de 2 anys en manteniment industrial.
• Valorable formació en Enginyeria Industrial, Mecànica, Elèctrica o similar.
• Coneixements de mecànica industrial, electricitat i interpretació de plànols tècnics.
• Experiència en sistemes de manteniment preventiu.
• Coneixement de les normatives de seguretat industrial.
