We are looking for a TECHNOLOGY IMPLEMENTATION AND ADOPTION SPECIALIST (IT Business Partner)

Mission

To ensure the proper implementation, adoption, and evolution of technological solutions in the region, acting as a liaison between the local business and the central IT teams, while driving efficiency, quality, and consistency of the technological service.

Functions

• Lead the implementation of tools, applications, and new technological models in the region.
• Act as a liaison between the local business and the central IT teams, channeling incidents, needs, and improvement opportunities.
• Advise commercial and operational teams on the efficient use of digital tools, promoting their adoption and alignment with the corporate model.
• Participate in testing, pilots, and validation of technological solutions before their global deployment.
• Collaborate on training and communication initiatives to facilitate the adoption of new processes and tools.
• Identify patterns of incidents or operational friction and propose structural improvements.

• Previous experience (2+ years) in:
• Implementation of technological solutions or digital transformation
• Direct interaction with internal users/clients

• Experience in environments with a territorial or distributed network is highly valued

Key Knowledge

• Digital environments and corporate applications
• Experience in the insurance sector or financial services is highly valued

Required Education and Knowledge

• University degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar fields)

Buscamos un/a ESPECIALISTA EN IMPLANTACIÓN Y ADOPCIÓN TECNOLÓGICA (IT Business Partner)

Misión

Asegurar la correcta implantación, adopción y evolución de soluciones tecnológicas en el territorio, actuando como enlace entre negocio y equipos centrales de IT, e impulsando la eficiencia, calidad y homogeneidad del servicio tecnológico.

Funciones

• Liderar la implantación de herramientas, aplicaciones y nuevos modelos tecnológicos en el territorio.
• Actuar como interlocutor entre el negocio local y los equipos centrales de Tecnología, canalizando incidencias, necesidades y oportunidades de mejora.
• Asesorar a equipos comerciales y operativos en el uso eficiente de herramientas digitales, fomentando su adopción y alineación con el modelo corporativo.
• Participar en pruebas, pilotos y validación de soluciones tecnológicas antes de su despliegue global.
• Colaborar en acciones de formación y comunicación para facilitar la adopción de nuevos procesos y herramientas.
• Identificar patrones de incidencias o fricciones operativas y proponer mejoras estructurales.

• Experiencia previa (2+ años) en:
• Implantación de soluciones tecnológicas o transformación digital
• Interacción directa con usuarios/clientes internos

• Muy valorable experiencia en entornos con red territorial o distribuida

• Gestión del cambio y adopción de herramientas
• Coordinación con equipos tecnológicos

• Valorable experiencia en sector asegurador o servicios financieros

Formación y Conocimientos requeridos

• Grado universitario (preferiblemente en ADE, Ingeniería o similares)

• Pensamiento analítico (detección de incidencias recurrentes)
