What you'll do

You will contribute to the monitoring and analysis of the Group's regulatory compliance, carrying out the tasks and duties related to compliance that are developed in the Corporate Compliance Directorate, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing the information necessary to support the management of non-compliance risk and monitoring legislative changes, regulatory actions, regulatory infractions, and court rulings that may impact the Group's activities, in accordance with established procedures.

  • You will be responsible for carrying out the specific tasks of the Corporate Compliance Directorate, collecting, reviewing, and analyzing the necessary information to verify compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and provisions that may affect the Group's activities and to manage the proper implementation of the corporate standards for which the Corporate Compliance Directorate is responsible.
  • You will participate in reviewing the results of the non-compliance risk management processes and monitoring this risk, using the SAI 360 tool to verify whether business processes comply with regulations and whether established controls are applied.
  • You will monitor legislative changes that may impact the Group, evaluating the associated regulatory risks and continuously staying up to date on regulations being prepared.
  • You will monitor the actions of regulators and control bodies, as well as regulatory infractions and court rulings that may have a significant impact on the Group's operations.
  • You will participate with operational areas in the working groups formed to implement regulations under preparation.

What we're looking for

  • Education: University Degree in Law. A degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and specific training in Compliance will be valued.
  • Required Knowledge:
    • Knowledge of insurance regulations.
    • Knowledge of commercial law.
    • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT), international sanctions regimes, Market Abuse regulations, and management of internal information systems.
    • Ability to identify and evaluate compliance risks arising from regulatory changes and business activities.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or legal advisory roles. Experience in the insurance sector will be valued.
  • Tools: Microsoft Office 365 environment, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of GRC tools (SAI 360) will be valued.
  • Skills: We are looking for a person with commitment, internal customer orientation and results orientation, planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking, technical rigor, ability to interpret regulations, ability to analyze and assess risks, communication skills, teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, initiative, autonomy, problem-solving skills, adaptability to change, and a high level of integrity and professional ethics. Likewise, they should demonstrate a focus on quality deliverables and the ability to identify risks and propose mitigation measures in the compliance field.
