At Marlex Sant Boi, we are looking for a laboratory weighing technician for a company in the chemical sector located in Sant Vicençs dels Horts:

What tasks will you perform?

• Weigh raw materials (essences, oils, solvents, and other inputs) according to established formulas.
• Verify the identification, batch, and expiration date of each raw material.
• Correctly record weighings in physical sheets and/or computer systems.
• Maintain the order, cleanliness, and correct labeling of the weighing area.
• Operate scales and measuring equipment, ensuring their correct use and calibration.
• Comply with safety, hygiene, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards.
• Collaborate with the formulation, quality control, and production teams.
• Report deviations, shortages, or irregularities in raw materials or processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Technical or complete secondary education (preferably chemical technician or related).
• Previous experience in laboratories (desirable in perfumery, cosmetics, or chemistry).
• Basic knowledge of operating scales and precision measurements.
• Attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
• Ability to follow established instructions and procedures.
• Responsibility, neatness, and commitment to quality.

What do we offer?

• Initial contract with Marlex with a subsequent transition to the company
• Schedule from 8:00 to 17:00 (1 hour for lunch)
• Salary between €23,000 and €24,000
