What are we looking for?

• +5 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or similar positions.

• Experience in digital environments, e-commerce, or retail.

• Experience in creative environments, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands, as well as training related to design, fashion, or creative disciplines.

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working with Design Systems.

• Knowledge of UX Research, User Testing, and user-centered methodologies.

• Ability to lead projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and an understanding of the visual universe of a premium brand.

At Massimo Dutti, we are looking to incorporate a UX/UI Lead to lead the evolution of our customers' digital experience and contribute to the development of an innovative, intuitive digital ecosystem aligned with the brand's premium positioning.

What will be your mission?

Drive a UX-first vision, leading the user experience and interface strategy of our digital products and ensuring coherent, relevant, and differentiating experiences throughout the entire customer journey.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Lead UX/UI projects from start to finish, from conceptualization to launch.

• Design and optimize user-centered omnichannel digital experiences.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Business teams to transform insights into value-driven solutions.

• Drive the evolution of Design Systems and digital experience standards.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through UX Research, User Testing, A/B Testing, and CRO.

• Balance user needs, business objectives, and brand identity to create intuitive and memorable experiences.
