Production Operator - American Shift

From the office RAS INTERIM BLANES we select PRODUCTION OPERATORS for AMERICAN SHIFT in a company in the graphic arts sector located in Tordera.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Control and perform the change of paper rolls using a platform.
- Pack and label the printed rolls according to internal standards.
- Place and store the rolls correctly once the printing process is finished.
- Perform a complete cleaning of machines and accessories after each production run, ensuring the correct disposal of organic inks.
- Prepare the machine for setting up the next roll and assist the machine operator with operational tasks.
- Ensure order and safety in the work environment.

🤝 WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
- Initial training on machinery and printing processes.
- Schedule in 4th, 5th shift (6+3): 2 morning shifts, 2 afternoon shifts, 2 night shifts, and 3 days off.
- 3-month contract through a staffing agency, then transition to the company.
- Good work environment and a consolidated team.

- Previous experience in industrial environments or similar tasks (valuable in graphic arts).
- Ability to perform physical work and handle loads with the help of machinery.
- A responsible, organized person with a good attitude towards learning.
- Essential availability to work on weekends.
- Residing near Tordera or surrounding areas.

Desde la oficina RAS INTERIM BLANES seleccionamos OPERARIOS/AS DE PRODUCCIÓN para TURNO AMERICANO en una empresa del sector de artes gráficas ubicada en Tordera.

👌 TUS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Controlar y realizar el cambio de bobinas de papel mediante plataforma.
- Embalar y etiquetar las bobinas impresas según los estándares internos.
- Ubicar y almacenar correctamente las bobinas una vez finalizado el proceso de impresión.
- Realizar la limpieza completa de máquinas y accesorios tras cada producción, garantizando la correcta eliminación de tintas orgánicas.
- Preparar la máquina para el montaje de la siguiente bobina y asistir al maquinista en las tareas operativas.
- Velar por el orden y la seguridad en el entorno de trabajo.

🤝 ¿QUÉ PODEMOS APORTARTE?
- Formación inicial en maquinaria y procesos de impresión.
- Horario en 4º, 5º turno (6+3): 2 días de mañana, 2 de tarde, 2 de noche y 3 días de descanso.
- Contratación de 3 meses a través de ETT y luego pase a empresa.
- Buen ambiente de trabajo y equipo consolidado.

- Experiencia previa en entornos industriales o en tareas similares (valorable en artes gráficas).
- Capacidad para realizar trabajos físicos y manipular cargas con ayuda de maquinaria.
- Persona responsable, organizada y con buena actitud de aprendizaje.
- Imprescindible disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana.
- Residencia cercana a Tordera o alrededores.
