About the role

The MERCER training project aims to ensure that external academic internships carried out by students in the company allow them to apply the knowledge acquired in their education and to acquire professional skills.

The main objective of these internships is the integration of students into the professional environment through the development of supervised practical activities that enable the development of technical and transversal skills.

What you'll do

You will be responsible for, under the supervision of the tutor,:


• Supporting the preparation of periodic claims reports.
• Collaborating in the collection of data for policy renewals.
• Collecting amounts of invoices pending issuance or payment for inclusion in the budget and general payment tracking.
• Reviewing insurer reports and their alignment with client-provided data, under supervision.
• Participating in the analysis of renewal proposal files by the insurer for validation.
• Participating in the preparation of premium comparisons between different periods.
• Collecting policy documentation for presentation to the client.
• Supporting the preparation of the annual report on renewals.
• Collecting specific information corresponding to each of the countries included in the insurance program.
• Providing advice to clients on group insurance, Life, Accident, and Health matters, under the supervision of the tutor.
• Supporting senior consultants responsible for advising on group insurance and flexible compensation.
• Identifying needs among existing clients to facilitate new business development in accordance with the firm's guidelines, policies, and quality standards to achieve profitability and growth results across the different Business Lines.
• Participating in other Health, Wealth, and Career projects.
• Participating in meetings with clients and the different countries involved.

• Have completed studies (any degree in Business Administration, HR, etc.).
• Be immediately available for a full-time position.
