Job Description

Faculty of Business / Facultad de Empresariales (Mondragon Unibertsitatea)

Job Description

Do you want to accompany young people as they learn through entrepreneurship?
At the Faculty of Business of Mondragon Unibertsitatea, we are looking to bring on board a person with an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for education, and a desire to join the official university degree program in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Innovation (LEINN) at our Irun campus.
The successful candidate will join as a lecturer (entrepreneurial team coach), accompanying young people who learn through real projects, teamwork, and processes of personal and collective reflection. We are looking for someone with a cooperative and entrepreneurial outlook.
In this role, you will support training teams in developing their personal, relational, and entrepreneurial capabilities. You will help them work in teams, make decisions, build meaningful projects, and connect their learning to specific social issues rooted in the local territory.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to accompany teams on their learning journeys at the European and global levels. These trips are an integral part of the LEINN experience, allowing participants to explore other cultural contexts, connect with educational, social, and entrepreneurial stakeholders, and broaden their perspective on how different issues are addressed in various territories.
We are looking for someone with energy, sensitivity, and courage to accompany demanding and transformative learning processes. Someone passionate about education, interested in the social economy, with a critical perspective, and eager to contribute to the development of entrepreneurial projects with social impact and strong territorial roots.
