What type of contract do we offer? Fixed-term, discontinuous.

Salary: Until September 2026: €20,814.89, and from September 2026: €21,647.48

What will your schedule and hours be? You will join the team from 24/08/2026 to 13/09/26.

The schedule you will work will be Monday through Sunday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The guides, both on weekdays and weekends/holidays, will be responsible for the direct customer service and information provided to visiting guests, as well as the associated management tasks to ensure the highest quality of the visitor experience. Your workplace will be at the SMF facilities. Your daily work will include:

  • In-person and remote customer service and information. Welcoming, controlling, and managing visitors (access, circulation, queues, etc.).
  • Monitoring the facilities, opening and closing, supervising, and managing the devices in the exhibition area.
  • Supporting data registration and collecting information related to inquiries, evaluations, incidents, graphic information, etc.
Keeping track of the number of visitors and planned activities to ensure the necessary spaces are prepared and to carry out complementary tasks for the smooth operation of the center's activities, according to the instructions from the Sant Miquel del Fai management.

Skills & Expertise

Education:
Minimum qualification of ESO (Compulsory Secondary Education) or its corresponding equivalent.

Other requirements:
  • Experience in visitor/citizen service tasks is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; proficiency in other languages such as English or French is desirable.
  • Must provide a negative certificate of no sexual offenses.
  • To access your workplace, you must have a driver's license (Category B1) and your own vehicle.
  • Residing in municipalities close to Sant Miquel del Fai.
