About the role

Your day-to-day can be much more than "managing policies"

If you are motivated by a role where your work has a direct impact on clients, where you learn how the insurance business works from the inside, and where every day is different, this position could be a good fit for you. Here, you are not just coming to process paperwork: you are coming to make things work, to provide key support to the network, and to ensure that every client receives the service they expect.

At NN España, we work so that people can live more peacefully today and in the future. And that also starts with how we take care of those who are part of the team: real flexibility, a close-knit environment, support from day one, and a culture where you can be yourself and keep growing, even in temporary positions.

"It's a temporary contract, is it worth it?"
Yes, if you are looking to learn, gain solid experience in insurance, and work at a company that truly cares about the day-to-day experience. Many professionals see this stage as a great step in their career.

"Do I need to know everything from day one?"
No. There are key knowledge areas, but you will have support and guidance to adapt and gain confidence progressively.

"Is it a very routine role?"
It has clear processes, but also variety: clients, the sales network, incidents, priorities... no two days are the same.

Your mission at NN España

To ensure that the administrative management of policies is agile, accurate, and client-focused, providing key support to both the sales network and internal teams, and contributing to a smooth, high-quality client experience.

What you'll do

What will you do in your day-to-day?

  • You will manage the issuance of policies and their subsequent administration (contributions, endorsements, increases, and modifications).

  • You will provide support to the Network Support Center (CAR), helping to resolve incidents and queries.

  • You will manage and prioritize mailbox management, ensuring clear and timely responses.

  • You will collaborate with other teams to ensure processes run smoothly.

What we're looking for

What will help you succeed in this role

  • Previous experience in insurance (at least 2 years)
It will allow you to quickly understand policies, endorsements, and standard transactions.

  • Client focus
Because many of the decisions you make directly impact their experience.

  • Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Word
They will be your allies in the day-to-day management of information with agility.

  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn
Processes evolve, and here you will know how to navigate change well.

Nice to have

  • Intermediate English (a plus)
Useful for documentation and some internal environments (not for constant client-facing support).

You will value the role even more if you are already familiar with environments such as AS400 or Siebel, although it is not essential.
