- Resourceful, organized person with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and user orientation.
- Technical training: FP II Industrial Electrician or equivalent.
- Knowledge of PLCs / Telecontrol.
- Knowledge of industrial electricity, direct current, rectifiers, inverters, UPS, and electrical switching systems.
- Knowledge of changing/finding IPs for remote work will be a plus.
- Spoken and written Catalan and Spanish.
- Proficiency in office software (Windows, Office).
- Computer, electrical, and/or telecommunications knowledge will be valued.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.
- Driver's license B.
- Own vehicle to reach the workplace during on-call shifts or schedules when there is no public transport (company vehicle provided during the workday/interventions).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. (Profiles without experience but with a good technical base and interest in learning are valued).

- Direct permanent contract by the company.
- Salary based on experience:
25–27k for profiles with little direct previous experience.
28–30k for experienced profiles (expandable up to 32k if you fit the profile perfectly!).

- General schedule: 7:00 to 15:00
- On-call shifts are performed (carrying the phone 24h operational Mon-Sun) every 1/2 weeks depending on planning and available personnel. The first week is included in the payroll, the second is paid separately. In case of deployment to act, whether to a client or to the headquarters for a programming problem, it is paid separately, as is the different rate if this deployment is on a weekend or holiday.
- Good working environment, almost always working in pairs and constant support from the technical team in the office to resolve doubts at client installations.

At Nortempo Selección, we are supporting the talent search for a company specialized in the installation and maintenance of telecommunication systems in infrastructures; we are looking to incorporate 3 Telecommunications Installation Technicians with experience and a desire for professional growth.

🛠️ Main Functions

• Installation and maintenance of climate control equipment in shelters and towers.

• Diagnosis and resolution of incidents in telecommunication equipment.

• Installations in telecom towers and shelters.

• Incident management via ticketing tool remotely from the headquarters. (Change/find IP and manage the incident if the solution is programming-based).

• Configuration of RF transmitters.

• Attend to client incidents mainly in Barcelona and Girona, although there may be occasional cases of working with clients in Lleida/Tarragona.
