-Experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or similar position in companies within the metallurgical or metal sector. IMPORTANT: We will also value profiles with experience as a Production Assistant, Workshop Foreman, or Production Technician who have assumed coordination functions or substituted for the manager (due to vacations, absences, etc.) and wish to move into a position of greater responsibility.
-Experience leading production teams.
-Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes and interpretation of technical documentation.
-Organizational, planning, and decision-making capacity.
-Close leadership, results orientation, and skills to build trust within the team.

-Permanent contract.
-Fixed salary of €40,000-€42,000 gross per year, with growth potential based on performance. (Negotiable)
-Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM (with one hour for lunch). Fridays and summer intensive schedule starting from 7:00 AM.
-Joining a solid, specialized company with a stable project, where you will progressively assume leadership of the manufacturing area through a transition plan accompanied by the current manager.

What will be your mission?

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and the correct management of resources, working very closely with Management and other departments (Technical Office, administration, purchasing, and quality).

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Plan and coordinate manufacturing orders.

• Organize the workload and manage the production team.

• Supervise manufacturing progress and resolve incidents.

• Coordinate production with the Technical Office, Purchasing, Quality, and Management.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, occupational risk prevention, and internal procedures.

• Control materials, stock, and production needs.

• Drive continuous improvements in production processes.
