About the role

From Nortempo we are looking for bricklayers to join an important renovation project in Narón.

What you'll do

  • Removal of suspended ceilings and pipes in poor condition in stairwells

  • Demolition of suspended ceilings in deteriorated dwellings

  • Replacement of Velux-type skylight windows

  • Removal of materials damaged by weather or fire (plaster, flooring, electrical installations, etc.)

  • Removal and installation of tiling in kitchens and bathrooms

  • Dismantling of sanitary fixtures

  • Interior painting work (taping, sanding, filling and painting)

  • Removal of built-in wardrobes and baseboards

  • Installation of new flooring (approx. 1500 m²)
