About the role

From NORTEMPO SELECTION we are currently recruiting, for one of our client companies in the energy sector specializing in electrical infrastructure construction projects (substations and high-voltage lines), a:

🎯 What will your mission be?
You will be part of the management team, leading the Occupational Risk Prevention area, with the aim of ensuring safety at all levels of the organization, both on site and in the office, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement of preventive processes.

What you'll do

🔧 Main duties:
• Coordination and leadership of the HSE department.
• Maintenance and updating of the Prevention Plan, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Risk assessment, monitoring and control on site and in corporate environments.
• Supervision of safety conditions and proper use of PPE.
• Accident investigation and implementation of corrective measures.
• Management of internal and external audits in the HSE field.
• Training, awareness-raising and fostering a preventive culture within the organization.
• Document management and coordination of business activities (CBA).

What you'll get

  • Planned start date: August 2026.
  • Schedule:
  • Winter schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Friday continuous working day from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Summer schedule (July and August): continuous working day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
