Training in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, Electricity and Electronics, or similar (GM/GS).
Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial environments (automotive, production, logistics... if you have experience in industrial laundry, even better). Profiles with a strong technical base and internships completed in industrial environments are also valued.
Flexibility and availability to work according to the planned labor calendar, which includes some holidays (except January 1st and December 25th).
Problem-solving attitude, eagerness to learn and contribute.

Direct permanent contract with the company.
Gross annual salary: €26,000 p/a + Night shift bonus and, after the adaptation period, a salary review.
Rotating schedule M/A/N every two weeks from Monday–Saturday, with rotating Saturdays (usually 1 on / 1 off).
If Saturday is worked, a day off is given another day of the week, usually Monday to keep them consecutive). Sundays are only worked in the event of a serious incident.
Holidays or Sundays worked are paid as separate overtime.

At Nortempo Selección, we are supporting a leading company in its sector, located in Castellví de Rosanes, in the search for a Junior Electromechanical Technician (M/F/X) who wants to learn and be part of a stable and organized environment.

What will your day-to-day look like?

Your mission will be to ensure that all machinery at the center operates safely, efficiently, and without downtime. Following an initial training and onboarding period, your responsibilities will include:

• Preventive maintenance of industrial washers, wash tunnels, dryers, calenders, folders, and conveyor belts.

• Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

• Electrical intervention on motors, drives, electrical panels, sensors, and automation systems.

• Mechanical repairs: bearings, belts, pumps, reducers, and transmission elements.

• Steam maintenance: inspection of boilers, steam traps, and steam lines.

• Adjustment and calibration of production parameters (temperatures, times, sensors).

• Incident management and production support to minimize downtime.
