Ability to lead preventive initiatives, train teams, and resolve incidents.

What will your day-to-day be like?

• Coordinate and supervise all activities related to occupational risk prevention at the plant.
• Ensure compliance with current safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and update risk assessments, prevention plans, and safety procedures.
• Perform periodic inspections of facilities and equipment, proposing corrective measures.
• Provide internal OHS training and promote a preventive culture among operational teams.
• Manage technical and legal documentation related to OHS.
• Coordinate with external prevention services and official bodies.
• Act as the liaison between the plant and corporate departments regarding safety.
• Lead internal and external audits (SPA, Inspection, ISO 45001).
• Coordination of business activities (CAE)
