Overview We are looking for a Logistics Planner with strong planning skills and a continuous improvement mindset to lead logistics management at the plant. This role will be responsible for ensuring proper resource planning, inventory reliability, and efficiency of logistics operations, contributing to service level compliance and achievement of business goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the Logistics administration team, ensuring efficient resource management and achievement of departmental objectives. Plan the department's staffing needs, including shifts, absence coverage, new hires, and training. Manage and optimize warehousing needs to ensure space availability and proper flow of materials and finished goods. Oversee inventory execution and ensure reliability of stock records. Manage stock-related issues, returns, claims, and adjustments, ensuring effective resolution. Analyze logistics KPIs and collaborate with other plant areas to drive continuous improvement and ensure service levels. Qualifications Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related fields. Previous experience in logistics planning, supply chain, or warehouse management. Experience managing administrative teams and coordinating staff. Advanced knowledge of SAP. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Experience in inventory management and stock control. Analytical mindset, results orientation, and strong organizational and planning skills.
