About the role

Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Trainee to manage the operational relationship with beverage distributors and ensure an excellent level of service. This position plays a key role in coordinating between clients, the commercial team, and Supply Chain areas, contributing to the continuous improvement of the customer experience through close order tracking, issue resolution, and analysis of service indicators. Knowledge of SAP (desirable). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced level of Excel and good command of Word and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, ability to set priorities, results-oriented mindset, and teamwork. Self-sufficient, organized, and solution-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure. Capacity to lead and manage change processes, driving continuous improvement. Ability to identify root causes of problems and propose practical and effective solutions. Analytical skills to interpret data and turn it into valuable information for decision-making. English level B2/C1 (valued positively).
