As a Retail Assistant, you will help our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And this is how you should put it into practice:

• Provide customers with an incredible experience, responding to their queries about sizes or styles, purchases, or returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, as well as keep the stockroom tidy and well organized.
• Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the tills, managing customer queries, cancellations, and returns.
• Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Take products to the sales floor and make sure they have the correct price, always ensuring that we meet our high standards.

• Passion for interacting with other people and for creating incredible experiences.

• Honesty, good communication, and the ability to listen, share ideas, and get involved when necessary.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Teamwork, a high degree of motivation, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

• Interest in fashion and the latest trends.

• Ideally, professional experience in a highly dynamic retail environment.

• Pasión por el trato con otras personas y por crear experiencias increíbles.

• Buena capacidad de organización y atención a los detalles.

• Trabajo en equipo, un alto grado de motivación, una actitud positiva y ganas de aprender.

• Interés por la moda y las últimas tendencias.

• Idealmente, experiencia profesional en un entorno de retail muy dinámico.
