As a Retail Assistant, you will help our customers enjoy their day more, every day. And this is how you should put it into practice:

• Provide customers with an incredible experience, responding to their queries about sizes or styles, purchases, or returns.
• Prepare the sales floor, restock shelves, organize fitting rooms, and display the latest trends, as well as keep the stockroom tidy and well organized.
• Offer a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at the tills, managing customer queries, cancellations, and returns.
• Receive, process, and check new deliveries. Take products to the sales floor and make sure they have the correct price, always ensuring that we meet our high standards.

We value the languages you know, including sign language. Don't forget to mention it in the interview, as it will help us offer the customer great service.

Time slot/shift: Morning, midday, and afternoon
Average weekly hours: 20, 25, and 30 hours
