What will your responsibilities be?

As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for a section or department of the store. Specifically, you will be responsible for commercial planning, stock management, sales, ensuring company standards and procedures, and the visual impact of the products.

You will also be in charge of assigning daily tasks to Retail Assistants, developing their skills, and maintaining their motivation and commitment. When necessary, you will provide support in the checkout area, ensuring that all our customers have an excellent experience.
