What will your responsibilities be?

As Store Manager, you will improve commercial performance and maximize sales through an excellent shopping experience and an attractive store environment. You will analyze the local market for strategic planning and manage stock and resource planning to meet customer expectations.

You will train and ensure that store teams are committed and achieving high performance. You will identify and develop talent at all levels, fostering a culture of learning and celebrating success. You will maintain constant and effective communication with teams, the Area Manager, and Regional Offices, using tools such as performance evaluations and climate surveys.

Regarding operations and cost control, you will ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, creating a safe working culture and protecting people, assets, and facilities. You will manage controllable costs and seek saving opportunities, promoting the ethical and environmental initiatives of the Primark Cares program to ensure a positive and safe environment.

In essence, you will define the vision and direction of the store, acting as a role model and encouraging continuous improvements to achieve strategic objectives.
