What will your responsibilities be?

As a P&C Admin, you will be the key support for the People & Culture area in the store, ensuring the correct administrative management of all people-related processes. You will work in collaboration with the Store Manager, the In-Store P&C Business Partner of your store, and regional office teams to ensure compliance with the company's human resources strategy.

You will be responsible for the administration of key processes such as selection and hiring, onboarding and integration, training and development, resource planning, payroll, and performance management. You will support the store's Management team in coordinating interviews, validations, managing contractual documentation, and following up with candidates, always ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the selection process.

Additionally, you will actively collaborate in schedule planning and management, absence control, vacations, and payroll adjustments, ensuring data accuracy in human resources systems and compliance with legal regulations.

You will also play a key role in improving team engagement and well-being, organizing events and activities that reinforce a positive culture in the store. You will provide support in performance management, talent succession, and labor relations, ensuring that Primark's policies and processes are applied effectively.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

Como P&C Admin serás el soporte clave del área de People & Culture en la tienda, asegurando la correcta gestión administrativa de todos los procesos relacionados con las personas.
