Labor Relations Administrator

Whose duties will be:

Maintenance of data on the Collaborator Portal.

Maintenance and updating of data in the annual variable compensation system.

Administrative support in the different areas of the Department, especially in the Labor Relations area.

Requirements

Degree in Labor Relations, Degree in Law or Higher Degree in Administration with specialization in administrative management of personnel.

Skills in digital resources and ability to handle different digital administrative management systems: SAP HR, SISTEMA RED, DELT@.

Intermediate level Word and Excel.

Responsible, committed person with a high level of involvement.

Previous experience of 1 year minimum in the labor relations area.

Valuable:

Previous experience in the healthcare sector.

Cuyas funciones serán:

Mantenimiento de datos del Portal del Colaborador.

Mantenimiento y actualización de datos del sistema de retribución variable anual.

Apoyo administrativo en las diferentes áreas del Departamento, especialmente en el área de Relaciones Laborales.

Requisitos

Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Grado en Derecho o Grado superior en Administración con especialización en gestión administrativa de personal.

Habilidades en recursos digitales y capacidad de manejo de diferentes sistemas digitales de gestión administrativa: SAP HR, SISTEMA RED, DELT@.

Nivel medio Word y Excel.

Persona responsable, comprometida y con alto nivel de implicación.

Experiencia previa de 1 año mínimo en área de relaciones laborales.

Valorable:

Experiencia previa en el sector sanitario.
