From Quirónsalud's private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for the Hematology/Oncology area of Quirónsalud Madrid University Hospital, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What will your mission be?

You will assist and provide care for Hematology/Oncology patients, maintaining constant alertness to their condition in order to contribute to improving patients' health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient monitoring and treatment.

What will your functions and responsibilities be?

  • Collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always complying with medical and nursing instructions.
  • Observe the patient's condition, maintaining a permanent state of alertness regarding any changes in patients.
  • Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and responsible environment.
  • Carry out the administrative procedures required for controlling patient admissions and discharges and the corresponding documentation, thereby facilitating the entire care process.
  • Ensure the correct administration of treatment to patients.
  • Collaborate in diagnostic tests, as well as in the tasks required by or that may be delegated by the nurse in charge of the service.
