From Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for the Outpatient Consultations service at Olympia Medical Center Pozuelo, a new private medical center located on Avenida de Europa, Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What will your mission be?

You will assist and provide patient care, maintaining constant alertness regarding their condition, in order to contribute to the improvement of their health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient follow-up and treatment.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

You will assess and correctly administer basic patient care.

You will properly mobilize patients.

You will handle, clean, control, and maintain the specific equipment appropriately.

You will properly manage clinical documentation.

You will demonstrate precision and attention to detail in stock control, warehouse organization, and expense allocation.

You will provide indirect patient care and support services, maintaining the care environment in optimal conditions for patient well-being and the proper development of departmental activities.

You will observe the patient's condition, maintaining a state of constant alertness regarding patient changes.

You will collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always complying with medical and nursing instructions.

Do you meet the following requirements?

Hold an official intermediate degree qualification as a Nursing Care Technician.

Experience in private clinics or hospitals is highly valued.

Profile oriented toward private patients.

Communication skills and excellent patient care.

Strong English proficiency is valued.

Desde los hospitales privados de Quirónsalud en Madrid, estamos buscando un/a Auxiliar de Enfermería para el servicio de Consultas Externas en Olympia Centro Médico Pozuelo, un nuevo centro médico privado ubicado en Avenida de Europa, Pozuelo de Alarcón.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Asistirás y realizarás los cuidados a los pacientes, manteniendo alerta constante al estado de éstos con el fin de colaborar en la mejora de la salud y bienestar conforme a los procesos y políticas departamentales, trabajando en colaboración con médicos, enfermería y otros clínicos para el seguimiento y tratamiento de los pacientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?

Valorarás y administrarás correctamente los cuidados básicos del paciente.

Movilizarás adecuadamente al paciente.

Manejarás, limpiarás, controlarás y conservarás de forma adecuada el equipamiento específico.

Gestionarás correctamente la documentación clínica.

Mostrarás precisión y detalle en el control de stock, organización de almacenes e imputación de gastos.

Proporcionarás servicios indirectos de atención y apoyo al paciente, manteniendo el entorno asistencial en condiciones óptimas para el bienestar de los pacientes y el correcto desarrollo de la actividad del departamento.

Observarás el estado del paciente, manteniendo un estado de alerta permanente ante los cambios de los pacientes.

Colaborarás en la asistencia, recepción y transporte de pacientes cumpliendo siempre con las instrucciones médicas y de enfermería.

¿Cumples con los siguientes requisitos?

Poseer título oficial grado medio de Técnico en cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería.

Muy valorable experiencia en clínicas u hospitales privados.

Perfil orientado al paciente privado.

Habilidades comunicativas y excelente trato al paciente.

Valorable buen nivel de inglés.
