Job description

From the private hospitals of Quirónsalud in Madrid, we are looking for a Nursing Assistant for Outpatient Consultations at Hospital Universitario La Luz, located in the Moncloa area (C/ Maestro Ángel Llorca, 8, Chamberí). The Nursing Assistant is also expected to have an administrative profile.

What will your mission be?

You will assist and provide care to patients, maintaining constant alertness to their condition in order to contribute to the improvement of health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient monitoring and treatment.

What you'll do

What will your responsibilities be?

You will collaborate in patient assistance, reception, and transport, always following medical and nursing instructions.

You will assess and properly administer basic patient care.

You will properly mobilize patients.

You will handle, clean, control, and properly maintain specific equipment.

You will correctly manage clinical documentation.

You will resolve any conflicts that may arise in the activities carried out and demonstrate a high level of decision-making and problem-solving ability.

You will properly schedule visits and/or tests according to medical requests.

You will schedule services, following the criteria established by the service, and record all those services that, due to their urgent nature, do not have an appointment.

You will process authorizations, when necessary.

You will properly control and manage cash register and collection tasks.

Requirements

Do you meet the following requirements?

Intermediate Vocational Training Degree in Nursing Assistant Care or equivalent.

Previous experience in Outpatient Cardiology Consultations is valued.

Training in sleep studies and EEG is highly valued.

Service orientation, proactive person, and teamwork.

Effective and empathetic communication.
