From the private Quirónsalud hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for Nursing Assistants for the Emergency and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Quirónsalud San José Hospital, located in the Madrid city center area (c/ Cartagena, 111, Chamartín).

What will your mission be?

Assist and provide care for hospitalized patients, maintaining constant alertness to their condition in order to contribute to improving their health and well-being in accordance with departmental processes and policies, working in collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and other clinicians for patient monitoring and treatment.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

You will respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and their families, providing the necessary information and education according to their needs, promoting a professional and respectful environment.

You will be responsible for direct patient care, following the nursing care plan and ensuring patient safety throughout the care process.

You will identify the patient whenever possible, confirming their name, surname, and date of birth, and cross-checking this information with their identification bracelet.

You will ensure continuous patient monitoring, informing them about their care, making the necessary notes in the medical record, and maintaining high quality standards in care.

You will stay continuously updated on nursing innovations, always seeking your personal and professional growth and development.

Previous experience in hospitalization.

Desde los hospitales privados de Quirónsalud en Madrid, estamos buscando Auxiliares de Enfermería para la Unidad de Urgencias y Cuidados Intensivos Neonatales en el Hospital Quirónsalud San José, ubicado en la zona de Madrid Centro (c/ Cartagena, 111, Chamartín).

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Asistir y realizar los cuidados de los pacientes hospitalizados, manteniendo alerta constante al estado de éstos con el fin de colaborar en la mejora de la salud y bienestar los pacientes conforme a los procesos y política departamentales, trabajando en colaboración con médicos, enfermería y otros clínicos para el seguimiento y tratamiento de los pacientes.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?

Respetarás y mantenerás una relación adecuada con pacientes y familiares, brindando la información y educación necesaria de acuerdo con sus necesidades, promoviendo un entorno profesional y respetuoso.

Serás responsable de la atención directa al paciente, siguiendo el plan de atención de enfermería y asegurando su seguridad durante el proceso asistencial.

Identificarás al paciente siempre que sea posible, confirmando su nombre, apellidos y fecha de nacimiento, y cotejando esta información con la pulsera de identificación.

Te asegurarás de dar seguimiento constante al paciente, informándole de la asistencia, realizando las anotaciones necesarias en la historia clínica y manteniendo altos estándares de calidad en los cuidados.

Mantendrás una actualización continua sobre las innovaciones en enfermería, buscando siempre tu crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.

¿Cumples con los siguientes requisitos?

Formación Profesional de Grado Medio de Técnico en Cuidados Auxiliares de Enfermería.

Experiencia previa en hospitalización.

Habilidades interpersonales.

Comunicación eficaz y empática.

Disponibilidad horaria para realizar turnos rotatorios de mañana, tarde y noche.
