Hospital Pharmacy Director - FIR Extremadura

Location: Centers in Extremadura.

What you'll do

Responsibilities:

Ensure the proper service of the area by coordinating the different services and departments in collaboration with the Medical and Nursing Directorates. Unify action criteria: establish and communicate protocols and operating guidelines.

Communicate and ensure compliance with the department's objectives in line with the center's strategic goals within a continuous quality management system.

Key role in the recruitment and onboarding of reference pharmaceutical specialists in the sector.

Collaborate with the Hospital Directors in developing management plans: selecting and implementing directives, programs, and initiatives that improve quality.

Manage, with the support of the human resources department, the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of the service's staff, ensuring effective human resource management (scheduling shifts, distributing workloads, etc.) to guarantee quality services and positive labor relations.

Coordinate and chair the technical committees and promote research, teaching, and training activities for the pharmacy staff.

Promote effective interdepartmental labor relations that facilitate the achievement of the department's objectives and ensure excellent patient care.

Align the center's management with corporate strategies and policies for improvement and sustainability, ensure compliance with the management system, and deploy responsibilities for continuous improvement.
