VACANCY: Outpatient Clinic Nurse.Location: General University Hospital of Villalba

Functions:

1. Show commitment and interest in patient monitoring and control, informing the patient, and proceeding with their care and any other necessary matters, while maintaining high-quality care standards; as well as making the appropriate notes in the patient's medical record. 2. Analyze the patient's health through check-ups and tests according to specialty. 3. Take responsibility for direct patient care, according to the nursing care plan for the patients under your charge, ensuring their safety throughout the care process. 4. Identify the patient (whenever the patient's condition allows) by asking for their first name, surname, and date of birth, and cross-check this with the identification bracelet if available, or with the patient themselves and/or a family member.5. Carry out the administrative procedures required for managing the clinic and the relevant documentation, thereby facilitating the entire care process.

Requirements:

Be up to date with CODEM membership fees.

Availability to work in outpatient clinics from Monday to Friday, on morning shifts from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

VACANTE: Enfermera / o Consultas Externas.Ubicación: Hospital General de Villalba

Funciones:

1. Mostrar constancia e interés en el seguimiento y control del/de la paciente, informándole de cómo se procederá en su asistencia y sobre cualquier otro asunto que se requiera, respetando los estándares de unos cuidados asistenciales de excelente calidad; así como, realizar las debidas anotaciones en la historia clínica del/de la paciente. 2. Analizar la salud del/de la paciente a través de revisiones y realización de pruebas según especialidad. 3. Responsabilizarse de la atención directa al/a la paciente, de acuerdo con el plan de atención de enfermería de los/as pacientes a su cargo, velando por su seguridad durante el proceso asistencial. 4. Identificará al/a la paciente (siempre que la situación del/de la paciente lo permita) preguntando nombre, apellidos y fecha de nacimiento y lo cotejará con la pulsera de identificación si tuviese o con el/la propio/a paciente y/o familiar.5. Llevar a cabo los procedimientos administrativosrequeridos para el manejo de la consulta de la documentación que proceda, de manera que se facilita todo el proceso asistencial.

Requisitos:

Estar al corriente de pago del CODEM.

Disponibilidad para trabajar en consultas externas de lunes a viernes en turno de mañana en horario de 7:30 a 15:00 horas o bien de 8:00 a 15:30.
