Quirónsalud Córdoba Hospital is looking for an EMERGENCY NURSE, with the mission of providing comprehensive patient care in the emergency department, promoting health education, in coordination with the rest of the team members, applying the knowledge specific to their category and following the guidelines set by the center based on the department's care protocols, contributing to offering a service of excellent quality.

What you'll do

Specific responsibilities: 1. Assessment of the census of hospitalized patients with analgesia pumps; checking the treatment and its effectiveness, ensuring that these pumps are properly programmed in the computer system. 2. Performing a comprehensive assessment of the critical patient, including the pediatric patient, following the established procedure. 3. Taking responsibility for the correct triage and management of patients by urgency level. 4. Ensuring the proper management of emergency care techniques (general and pediatric). 5. Guaranteeing the correct administration of emergency medication to adult or pediatric patients (high-risk medication, intravenous, etc.): doses, dilutions, administration routes, etc. 6. Requirements

  • Education: Diploma / Degree in Nursing - Experience: 3 to 6 months in a similar position is valued, and 2 years in pediatric emergency or triage.
  • A license and/or Certificate of Registration with the professional association in the province and residence in Córdoba are required.
  • Additional valued training: Manchester Triage Course. Master's or Postgraduate degree in Critical Care and Emergency Medicine or similar.
