From Quirónsalud's private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for Recovery Room Nurses for the Quirónsalud University Hospital Madrid, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What will be your functions and responsibilities?

1. Respect and maintain an appropriate relationship with patients and families, collaborating in the promotion and maintenance of a professional and respectful environment, and providing the information and education that adequately responds to their needs. 2.    Take responsibility for direct patient care, according to the nursing care plan for the patients under their charge, ensuring their safety during the care process. 3.    Identify the patient, whenever the patient's condition allows, confirming name, surname, and date of birth and cross-checking it with the identification bracelet.4.    Show perseverance and interest in patient monitoring and control, informing them of how their care will proceed and any other matter that may be required, respecting the standards of excellent care; as well as making the appropriate notes in the patient's medical record. 5.    Stay updated on innovations in the nursing field and pursue professional growth and development. 6.    Act as a role model, helping to organize and supervise nursing assistants when appropriate.7.    Safeguard the narcotics key and record the controlled substances sheet according to established procedures. 8.    Ensure the replenishment of consumable materials, as well as the review of the defibrillator.9.    Assist the anesthesiologist in obstetric emergencies according to protocol.10.    Correctly prepare and administer medication and fluid therapy according to the physician's prescription.11.    Verify the patient's ID and check with the blood bank the receipt of samples for the preparation of blood products.12.    Correctly record the medication administered on the anesthesia chart, place the identification label, and verify the patient's last intake, weight, height, and size, as well as remove dentures and confirm possible allergies.13.    Ensure correct billing of the corresponding templates for preoperative and postoperative procedures.14.    Assist in anesthesia techniques (pediatric, if applicable) following the established procedure.15.    Properly manage the monitoring of the pediatric patient, as well as pediatric venous access and support, if applicable. 16.    Perform ventilatory, respiratory, cardiac, and hemodynamic monitoring following established procedures.17.    Properly locate and manage venous and arterial punctures, locoregional anesthesia catheters, dressings, drains, bladder catheters, and nasogastric tubes.18.    Observe and control the patient upon awakening and during anesthesia reversal according to protocol.19.    Correctly record on the anesthesia chart the hourly frequency of: HR, RR, BP, oxygen saturation, oxygen therapy, blood glucose levels, diuresis, drains, fluid therapy, VAS, medication, and infusion pumps.20.    Handle the patient's admission once the procedure is finished, when transferred to the area and upon discharge from the operating room.21.    Receive the anesthesiologist's report on the patient's condition, possible issues, and the treatment to follow.22.    Collaborate with the healthcare team in anesthetic recovery and hemodynamic stabilization of the patient.23.    Properly record the nursing actions that occurred during the recovery period.24.    Inform the receiving unit of the patient's general condition and the care initiated in recovery, once discharge is signed by the anesthesiologist, following the established procedure.

Desde los hospitales privados de Quirónsalud en Madrid, estamos buscando Enfermeros/as de Reanimación para el Hospital Universitario Quirónsalud Madrid, ubicado en Pozuelo de Alarcón.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones y responsabilidades?

1. Respetar y mantener una relación adecuada con pacientes y familiares, colaborando en la promoción y mantenimiento de un entorno profesional y respetable, y proporcionando la información y educación que responda de forma adecuada a las necesidades de los mismos. 2.    Responsabilizarse de la atención directa al paciente, de acuerdo al plan de atención de enfermería de los pacientes a su cargo, velando por su seguridad durante el proceso asistencial. 3.    Identificar al paciente, siempre que la situación del paciente lo permita, confirmando nombre, apellidos y fecha de nacimiento y cotejándolo con la pulsera de identificación.4.    Mostrar constancia e interés en el seguimiento y control del paciente, informándole de cómo se procederá en su asistencia y sobre cualquier otro asunto que se requiera, respetando los estándares de unos cuidados asistenciales de excelente calidad; así como, realizar las debidas anotaciones en la historia clínica del paciente. 5.    Mantenerse actualizado en las innovaciones en el ámbito de enfermería y perseguir el crecimiento y desarrollo profesional. 6.    Funcionar como un modelo a seguir, ayudando en la organización y supervisando a los auxiliares de enfermería cuando proceda.7.    Custodiar la llave de mórficos y registrar la hoja de estupefacientes según los procedimientos establecidos. 8.    Asegurar la reposición del material fungible, así como la revisión del desfibrilador.9.    Asistir al anestesista en emergencias obstétricas según protocolo.10.    Preparar y administrar correctamente la medicación y la sueroterapia según pauta facultativa.11.    Verificar CI y comprobar con el banco de sangre la recepción de muestras para preparación de hemoderivados.12.    Registrar correctamente la medicación administrada en la gráfica de anestesia, colocar la pegatina identificativa y verificar la última ingesta, peso, altura, talla del paciente, así como retirar de prótesis dentales y confirmar posibles alergias.13.    Garantizar la correcta facturación de las plantillas correspondientes de las técnicas preoperatorias y postoperatorias.14.    Asistir en técnicas de anestesia (pediátrica, si aplica) siguiendo el procedimiento establecido.15.    Realizar el correcto manejo de monitorización del paciente pediátrico, así como la canalización y soporte venoso pediátrico, si aplica. 16.    Realizar monitorización ventilatoria, respiratoria, cardiológica y hemodinámica siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos.17.    Localizar y manejar de manera adecuada punciones venosas y arteriales, de catéteres de anestesia loco-regionales, apósitos, drenajes, sondas vesicales y sondas nasogástricas.18.    Observar y controlar al paciente al despertar y en la reversión de la anestesia según protocolo.19.    Registrar correctamente en la gráfica de anestesia la periodicidad horaria de: FC, FR, TA, saturación de oxígeno, oxigenoterapia, glucemias, diuresis, drenajes, sueroterapia, EVA, medicación y bombas de infusión.20.    Encargarse de la recepción del paciente una vez finalizada la intervención, cuando sea trasladado al área y a su salida del quirófano.21.    Recibir el informe del anestesiólogo sobre el estado del paciente, posibles problemas y tratamiento a seguir.22.    Colaborar con el equipo sanitario en la recuperación anestésica y en la estabilización hemodinámica del paciente.23.    Realizar un correcto registro de las actuaciones de enfermería acontecidas durante el periodo de reanimación.24.    Informar al servicio receptor del paciente, una vez firmada el alta por el anestesiólogo, de su estado general y de los cuidados iniciados en reanimación siguiendo el procedimiento establecido.
