About the role

Job description

From Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Research Studies Manager at Quirónsalud University Hospital Pozuelo, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón.

What will your mission be?

Management of research projects, both internal and external, for the research departments of Quirónsalud private hospitals in Madrid. Ongoing support for quality research in the region. Support in the management of active and future studies. Management, negotiation, and formalization of research contracts. Collaboration with Research Coordination to ensure compliance and proper development of research activities in the region.

What you'll do

What will your main duties and responsibilities be?

You will manage research contracts for the centers.

You will audit the development of all research services, providing support and assistance.

Monitoring and control of the Research Budget and Billing.

Liaising with clinical trial sponsors. Managing start-up activities. Reviewing contracts and economic reports. Attending site selection and initiation visits.

You will support the coordination, supervision, and promotion of proper research development.

Management and control of calibrations for equipment used in research.

Management of the definitive file for closed clinical trials (EECC).

Review of Protocols, PIPs (Product Investigation Plans), and submission of research studies to the CEIm (Research Ethics Committee) and AEMPS (Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices).

Coordination with Corporate regarding the alignment of research strategy policy.
