About the role

Job description

We are currently looking for the following position:

Position: Senior Occupational Risk Prevention Technician. Location: Hospital Universitario General de Villalba (north of Madrid)

What you'll do

Duties:

Develop prevention strategies based on risk assessments, preventive planning, and safety inspections to prevent and/or reduce workplace accidents and occupational diseases at the center, as well as improve working conditions regarding the safety and health of workers.

Carry out regular and ad hoc visits to the different areas, departments, and services of the center, with the aim of identifying risk situations and areas for improvement.

Monitor the daily implementation of the prevention management system at the center and collaborate with and coordinate the preventive activities of all companies operating at the workplace.

Coordinate occupational risk prevention training and information programs.

Obtain and manage data on workplace accidents at the center, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Present these reports to various departments of the company.

Participate in and advise the Health and Safety Committees.
