From Quirónsalud's private hospitals in Madrid, we are looking for a Quality Technician for the Quirón Salud Valle del Henares Hospital, located in Torrejón.

What will your mission be?

You will implement and monitor the territory's Management Systems, according to the applicable standards, establishing, planning, and implementing assurance plans to improve results in both the medium and long term, and ensuring continuous improvement of services.

What you'll do

What will your duties and responsibilities be?

You will establish an effective working relationship by periodically visiting the different departments and services of the center to verify the correct implementation of the management systems.

You will demonstrate high competence in all activities related to the documentation process of the management systems, ensuring the best results and continuous improvement of services.

You will manage, in collaboration with the other departments, the handling of non-conformities regarding management system requirements. Coordinate the adoption of the corrective and/or preventive actions determined and carry out their follow-up and closure.

You will prepare the annual indicator control chart for the center, the records that define the method for measuring the indicators, and their management: distribution to those responsible, reminders for requests, and tabulation of results. You will prepare process performance reports and publish the results.

You will ensure compliance with the management system in your area, analyze results, assess and implement actions to optimize processes, improve the patient experience, promote patient safety, and ensure proper environmental management and energy optimization.

You will coordinate and collaborate in the training of hospital staff on internal regulations, requirements, and standards.

Requirements

Do you meet the following requirements?

University degree or equivalent, preferably in health sciences.

Additional training in quality methodologies and data analysis is valued.

Training in quality standards and systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, UNE, etc.)

Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits.

Experience in a quality position in the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or care centers).

2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the healthcare sector.
