We are looking for an Aftersales Manager (or similar profile) with more than 5 years of experience to lead sales and negotiations for our main lot (10,000 square meters) of finished vehicles, for the FVL division of CEVA Logistics, the leading 3PL logistics operator.

As Workshop Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading the comprehensive operations at our Ciempozuelos plant, ensuring service excellence and the profitability of the area. Your main responsibilities will be:

- Team Leadership and Management: You will lead a vertical structure that includes the managers of the workshop, mechanics, bodywork, painting, and appraisal, as well as the administrative team. You will manage a team of approximately 100 people (50 internal and 50 outsourced), fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
- Industrial Operational Management: You will plan and optimize operational resources to manage large industrial volumes in a 10,000 m² lot. You will ensure compliance with volume commitments to our clients, maintaining strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
- Management Control and Profitability: You will define and execute strategies focused on business profitability. You will continuously monitor KPIs and productivity, preparing accurate data reporting and managing the area's profit and loss account.
- Integration and Standardization: You will ensure the correct implementation of management models, authorizations, hiring, and operational standards specific to the multinational CEVA.
- Mobility: You will make occasional trips to the satellite lots under your responsibility to ensure operational consistency.
