As the head of the area, your mission will be twofold: strategic and operational.
- Team Leadership: You will lead and coordinate the IT and data team.
- Internal Business Partner: You will dive into the details with the different business units to understand their needs and translate them into real digital solutions.
- Data Governance: You will promote a single and reliable data model that facilitates strategic decision-making and the advanced exploitation of indicators.
- Technological Management: You will oversee the systems architecture and the relationship with external development and cybersecurity providers.
- Driving Innovation: You will work on the digitalization of processes and AI projects.

- Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar. Postgraduate specialization training will be positively valued.
- 20 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years leading teams and digital transformation projects.
- Operational Mindset: we are looking for someone who manages, but also gets involved in the technical and organizational "day-to-day."
- High orientation toward people, listening skills, and empathy.
- Native level Catalan/essential.
