As the Site HSE Manager, you will report directly to the Cascante Plant Manager and functionally to the HSE Europe management. You will be the primary person responsible for organizing, coordinating, and ensuring that working conditions comply with safety, health, ergonomics, and environmental regulations.

Risk Management and Planning: Prepare and update the plant's risk assessments, as well as plan all preventive activities. Relations with Agencies and Surveillance: Coordinate work contracted with the External Prevention Service (PREVENNA) and manage the health surveillance plan for workers. Audits and Continuous Improvement: Coordinate and lead monthly HSE safety audits (both internal and external), as well as define and implement the corrective and preventive action plans derived from them.

Chemical Safety: Act as the site's chemical expert, controlling and supervising the safety data sheets for all products in the plant. Training and Preventive Culture: Design, coordinate, and deliver specific HSE training to the entire workforce and coordinate preventive activities with subcontracted companies. Emergency Plans: Prepare and update the Emergency and Evacuation Plan, the Crisis Manual, and lead the organization and execution of periodic drills. Committee Leadership: Actively direct and coordinate the plant's Occupational Health and Safety Committee. Management Systems: Ensure the correct operation and maintenance of environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001).
