At Randstad, we are looking for a Program Manager III to join the Launch & Expansion team on a temporary basis for one of the largest e-commerce and logistics companies worldwide.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for leading complex and cross-functional programs, collaborating closely with Engineering, Finance, Design, and Construction teams to optimize the Last Mile logistics node network in Europe. Your main responsibilities will be:

Portfolio Management: Lead and manage infrastructure and maintenance projects in the assigned region, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Space Optimization: Plan and oversee the upgrading of existing centers (offices, production floor optimization, and infrastructure) to enhance the last-mile delivery fleet.

Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (operations, real estate, finance) to raise performance levels at a local level.

Executive Vision: Develop detailed business cases and strategic documents to present to and obtain approval from senior management and executive levels.

Education: University degree (Bachelor's/Licenciatura).

Experience: Demonstrable track record in project or program management, defining requirements and implementing scalable processes and automations.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and solid knowledge of SQL.

Soft Skills: Natural ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, data-driven orientation, and a self-starter (proactive) mindset.
