At Randstad, we are selecting a Program Manager III to temporarily join the Launch & Expansion team of one of the most influential and dynamic e-commerce and logistics multinationals in the world.

In your day-to-day, you will lead complex and cross-functional programs related to network strategy and transport and supply chain infrastructure. You will work side-by-side with Engineering, Finance, Design, and Construction teams to optimize the Last Mile logistics node network in Europe.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Infrastructure project management: Lead and manage a portfolio of maintenance and construction projects in the assigned region, ensuring deliveries on time, on budget, and according to the required quality standards.

Optimization of operational spaces: Plan and oversee the upgrading of existing sites (offices, shop floor design, and building structures) to facilitate the operability of the delivery fleet.

Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams (operations, real estate, finance) to achieve and elevate performance standards at a local level.

Strategic business cases: Develop detailed technical documentation and solid business proposals aimed at obtaining approval from directors and senior management (C-level).

Education: Official university degree (Bachelor's degree).

Experience: Solid track record in program or project management (Project/Program Management), defining program requirements through metrics and data.

Processes and Automation: Experience implementing repeatable and scalable processes, as well as driving standardization and automation.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and knowledge of SQL.

Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
